Other information

Group registration
Are you planning to register multiple participants for the ISHAM2025? Please send an email to ishamcongress@congresscare.com. The organization provides you with a separate registration link to register your participants.

*LMIC / LATAM Countries
The Emerging Economy Rate applies to individuals (no group registrations) from low-income and lower-middle-income economies according to the World Bank listing available at the website of the World Bank. This fee does not apply to industry delegates.

Payment
Only through credit card. (VISA, Mastercard en AMEX)

Cancellation
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations made before 1 March 2025 will be refunded, less 30% to cover administration costs. After this date, the registration is binding and no refunds will be given. However, a replacement can be registered upon request. Please contact the congress secretariat in that case. Please note: any travel and accommodation expenses incurred by yourself with parties outside Congress Care are not eligible for a refund

Social events

Welcome Reception

  • Tuesday, 20 May from 19:30 – 21:00 hrs.
  • Bourbon Thermas Eco Resort – exhibition area.
  • The welcome reception is included in the registration fee. All participants are warmly invited to join.

YISHAM Dinner Party (pre-registration required)

  • Thursday, 22 May from 19:00-22:00 hrs.
  • Bourbon Thermas Eco Resort – swimming pool area.
  • Entrance is free of charge for YISHAM members. Non YISHAM members pay EUR 95. Upon registration, you can reserve your spot for this evening.
  • Please note that there is limited availability for this event (max. 200).

Congress Dinner (pre-registration required)

  • Friday, 23 May, from 19:00-22:00 hrs.
  • Bourbon Thermas Eco Resort – Pátio da Mata.
  • Prices for participants, accompanying persons and booth personnel are EUR 75,-. Upon registration, you can reserve your spot for this evening.
  • Not registered yet, but interested in joining?  Please ask for availability at the registration desk .
