The exhibition + poster presentations + lunch and coffee/tea breaks take place in Pavilhão B+C.
The floor plan with the location of all booths and the exhibitors’ manual are available below.
The exhibitors’ manual contains more information about the set-up and dismantling times of your booth and information for ordering materials such as a shell scheme booth and furniture.
The exhibition will be open during the following times:
Exhibition staff can register at the registration desk, where they will receive their name badge, lanyard, congress bag, and a program overview.
Please have your Registration ID ready when you collect your materials. The congress secretariat will provide all registration IDs.
If you have questions about your exhibition staff and their registrations, please report to the congress secretariat at ishamcongress@congresscare.com or onsite at the registration desk.
The Organizer’s team will receive all materials (including congress bag inserts) from May 18, 2025, 09:00 AM. until May 19, 2025 12:00 PM. Materials will not be accepted before or after the specified date and time.
