Below you will find the poster guidelines.
If there are any changes, this page will be updated, so we kindly encourage you to check it on a regular basis.

Schedule poster presentations

Due to limited poster capacity at the venue, posters cannot remain displayed for the entire congress. Therefore, you can present your poster on a single day, ensuring it receives more attention and allowing sufficient space for attendees to view all posters. All poster presenters are asked to present their poster during the poster sessions scheduled at the end of the day:

  • Poster session 1 | Wednesday, 21 May 17.30 – 18.30 hrs |Abstract Reference P001 – P205 and  P661, P678, P679, P680
  • Poster session 2 | Thursday, 22 May 17.00 – 18.00 hrs | Abstract Reference P206 – 421 and P630 – P643
  • Poster session 3 – Friday, 23 May 17.00 – 18.00 hrs – Abstract Reference P425 – P628 and P647 – P690*
    *P661, P678, P679 and P680 are presented during Poster session 1 on Wednesdey.

Your presentation time slot is final and cannot be changed due to programming constraints.

Poster guidelines and program information

  • Maximum poster size is A0 (0.84 x 1.19 m) in portrait orientation.
  • Ensure all text is in a large font. Incorporate graphs, charts, and/or tables for better presentation.
  • You will find your assigned poster number on the poster boards in the poster area.
  • Posters should be mounted on the day of your presentation before 9:30 AM.
  • Posters must be removed at the end of the poster session, no later than 7:00 PM.
  • We kindly ask you to be present at your poster to answer questions during the designated poster viewing times, as indicated in the schedule above.

Publication poster in ISHAM 2025 congress app

All poster presenters are asked to upload a PDF file for their poster in the mobile congress app, for participants to view the posters online.
You can upload poster PDF’s (portrait style, max. 2 MB), following the steps below:

  1. Log in to the abstract submission portal using the personal link that was sent to all poster presenters on 16 April.
    If you have not received the link, please check your spam mailbox/contact the congress secretariat.
  2. Go to the ‘Edit/View Abstracts’ tab in the submission portal
  3. You will see your submitted abstract(s) in the list
  4. For your accepted poster(s) you will have the option to upload your poster PDF.
  5. Deadline for uploading your poster(s) is: Monday, 12 May.

Poster printing service

If you would like to have your posters printed locally, you can do so through Encoprint, a local printing company. They offer affordable and reliable printing options, and delivery to the Bourbon Hotel is available.

Please contact Encoprint directly at the latest 5 days in advance, to arrange your printing and delivery.

Approximate Prices in Euros (as of current exchange rates):

  • Tarpaulin banner (A0): €25
  • Sulphite banner (A0): €10
  • Delivery: €4

We recommend to choose the tarpaulin option, as it is a more durable material and comes with a rope for hanging. The poster area at the venue has hooks available, making it easy to display your banner.
