If you need a letter of invitation to support your visa application in order to attend the 22nd ISHAM Congress 2025,  please fill out the PDF form below. By filling out the form, you accept sole responsibility for the information you provide. In case of clandestine immigration, the secretariat cannot accept responsibility.

Please note that starting April 2025, citizens of the United States, Australia, and Canada will require a visa to enter Brazil. This document can be conveniently requested online at VFS eVisaPortal.
